ESP32-C3 WiFi connection error

It is definitly working! This is also an issue on ESP32 devices and even with earlier IDF version like 3.x.

Ok, this is only true for ESP32_IDF4

ESP32C3_IDF4 latest build does not connect anymore to an AP
