Possibly a file system corruption, specifically of .boot0 or .bootcde ?
Can you connect to the web ide to get console output?

No, I can connect to BLE/webIDE only for a second, and then it disconnects again and I don't see any output.
In DFU mode, it doesn't connect at all.
