Hi,
I'm wondering is it possible to get hand speed ( or watch) when I throw baseball or frisbee disk? You can do it by integrating acceleration ( like in here https://physics.stackexchange.com/questions/153159/calculate-speed-from-accelerometer) but for example, how to I get the loop duration time? I would like to something like this https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arm-speed-analyzer-for-watch/id1539318987 but is it even possible?
