How much power does it take to save a file in flash memory ?

Hello,

Some apps save files quite often. With this in mind I think it would be interesting to know how much power it takes.

It's pretty hard to quantify. In general you should try and avoid rewriting files with different data though as it creates a bunch of 'erased' files which slow the filesystem down until it is compacted.
