thank you for your fast response :)
So I used at first
https://banglejs.com/apps/and than the nrf to update the firmware.With the tutorial from you, I'm now able to boot again! Great I just needed to update the firmware again. Thats it. Thank you again! :)
Ps. Sorry for the stupid question and that you had to waste your time for that.
