I see that the esp32-s3 is available with integrated PSRAM. e.g. https://www.mouser.co.uk/c/?q=esp32-s3-wroom-1-N8R2
Wondering if a port to this device makes most sense as a long term migration as it enables the ESP32 platform to move on from IDF 3.x to 4.x see https://github.com/espruino/Espruino/issues/1926
There are porting suggestions for -s2 -c3 types, but perhaps this would be better?
