I finally got my Bangle this week (yay!) but I have to say the out of a box was a little underwhelming. Morphing clock looks like a prototype designed before the resolution was determined, but I started grabbing all the clock faces with high hopes.
Sadly I haven't found the right mix of apps which makes the watch stable, and it seems inevitable that a good chunk of the clock faces I choose will eventually make the watch unstable to the point I have to reset it.
I see a lot of threads mention that updating the firmware helps with a lot of the apps, but I'm unclear if grabbing the nightlies is what people are talking about? My version is 2v05.68, but stable looks like it's actually much older at .1 if I'm reading it correctly.
I don't mean to come off negative and I'm glad to see there's still a lot of development going on, but I do think it would be easier if the defaults were a little better.
Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.
