Looking at the wiring and PCB schematics, adding something on MK / powering something by it does not seem to be the best idea, because it interferes with the panel microphone's hot end...
You posted pics of two central unit. I assume the wired one is the one installed in your place. It has actually a screwable connector in the blue block (next to the block with the Z / lock electromagnet connectors), marked with a + in the wiring schema, which brings the +11V out. The printed schema says 11V on X2-1. The second one does not bring out the 11V.
