It could be just like some remote desktop protocol - sending images to the watch, sending events back to phone, all logic on phone - then it could be made more effective than evaluating "g.s().s().c()" or it could be some interesting mix of javascript code running on both sides so the app part that is in the watch works somehow also when phone is disconnected.
