Or... Maybe just comment some lines like https://github.com/espruino/Espruino/blob/master/boards/MDBT42Q.py#L35 in order to remove functionality that you don't need?
If you modify the saved_code section then that'll reduce the amount of flash memory available for you to save JS to, which might not be what you want.
