Forgot to say that if anyone has DS-D6 and wants to try espruino via serial DFU update the espruino_2v00137_SDK11.zip DFU package is here and to get back the watch fitness app the D6-DS.zip DFU package is here
To perform update nfrutil 0.5.3 worked for me in linux as described here https://github.com/fanoush/ds-d6/wiki/DFU-update#serial-dfu-procedure
