OK this is super interesting, especially the updates to the provision script (I really love this script, btw). I manually built the IDF the other day on OS X by "hand", but kind of stopped after I got a basic app template. There was alot to configure from scratch - and actually looked like "work" as opposed to "fun" :P
Let me take sometime this weekend to review, and try the code on the new board. I'll report back :)
