It doesn't look like Travis has run against the build - I think that happens when a pull request occurs. I think it will break because the dependencies will need to be updated in the build tools. Might need to do an esp32-ble branch there to check against.
@jumjum - I see the sdk config changes - is this for ESP-idf 2.1 still?
