first I removed all Bluetooth.plist files and rebooted, did not fix it.
rm Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.Bluetooth.*sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plistSo NVRAM reset was my last hope to fixt it.
