If you need through hole - The irf3708pbf is okay at 3.3v, for low current 5LN01SP is great. That's all n channel for low side though.
I also happen to sell SOT-23 MOSFETs rated for use with low gate voltage on convenient breakout boards - the SSM3J332 or SSM3J328 would be fine https://www.tindie.com/products/DrAzzy/simple-sot-23-mosfet-six-pack-loaded/
