wifi.setphymode() and wifi.sleeptype()

please advise where to find this two methods for class wifi?

wifi.setphymode() to select a 802.11 mode

and

wifi.sleeptype() to make sure wifi is alway on

have been using them with Lua on ESP8266 and can not find them in Esprunio
