Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

Yes - it'll just be one application to install, so assuming you can get him to do that it'll be a load better. And it won't randomly break.
You haven't had any more issues with the IDE have you?
