Unable to connect via Bluetooth

Hi,

When I try to connect to the Espruino via Bluetooth, either from the Web IDE (on Mac) or BlueTerm on Android, I get an endless stream of error messages such as the following:

Most of it isn't even readable.

On the Web IDE, the status at the top never gets to Connected. It is stuck on Sent.

Any ideas? Possibly a bad soldering job?

Have you tried just typing something in on the left of the WebIDE? While there is rubbish being sent it looks like there are communications with Espruino and it is responding.

The web ide saying 'sent' isn't necessarily a problem...

Yes, I've tried typing in commands on the left and even sending in commands from the right of the WebIDE, but nothing happens. Just a continuous stream of garbage.

I suppose it could be something to do with the soldering of the serial line going from the HC-05 to Espruino (so Espruino RX)... Maybe try resoldering the two wires marked with the red dots in the top-right of this picture:
