Hi! It looks from the information you gave like you're actually running on the Emulator rather than a real Bangle? Was that intentional?
When the upload fails, can you still interact using the left-hand pane of the IDE?
You could also try clicking the down-arrow next to the upload button, selecting 'storage' and giving a filename there? That should have basically the same effect as doing the manual upload.
It's possible that there's something in your code that is causing the IDE to error while converting it for Espruino. Are you able to paste up your code here?
