Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

Not at the moment with Espruino. You have have one incoming and one outgoing connection at the same time but not more than that. For one to many comms you can often use Bluetooth advertising though.
However it is technically possible and there is an issue open to add the capability to the Espruino firmware: https://github.com/espruino/Espruino/issues/1360
