[Solved] About screen is displaying and get rid of

Hi, new to this and only turned watch on the other day. Was looking through the screen and chose the 'About screen' after a while. trouble is no matter which buttons I press, I can't get off the about screen. thoughts/solutions?

Just hold the button-3 for 3 seconds, you will be returned to the clock app

And this works for all apps.
Even works when already showing the clock and something is frozen.

thanks. thought I'd tried holding in all buttons for a few seconds...obviously not ;-)
