Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

With the proper Espruino boards you'll find that is 'just works' :)
The F4Discovery should default to UART 2 for Serial, so A2/A3 I think.
You might be able to force it by connecting with USB and then issuing
Serial2.setConsole(1)?
