Another option is to use a digital oscilloscope and to power the Puck via a resistor. You can then measure the voltage across the resistor and the oscillicope often has a 'measure' function that will allow you to get the average voltage over a period.
Unfortunately mine isn't accurate enough to do it, but I imagine most new ones would be
